I need help with picking out a hair color for me!?
I have light tan skin (I am naturally pale pale, but I go tanning and my skin is a nice light tan). I have a lot of pink tone in my skin when I am pale, but not so much when I am tan. I have super light caramel honey brown eyes and long thick straight hair. What hair color do you think would look best on me? I want something that will look natural (to people who don’t know me) and something that will attract lots of attention and look healthy. Please help!

I had dark blonde hair as a kid but now it is like a medium brunette with some blonde highlights all over.
I am also scared to go dark brunette because I did my hair black once and it looked soooo bad.
Blonde attracts a lot of attention and it’s always Beautiful, I’ve spent the last year a Blonde and I love it.. though I warn you it’s a lot of hard work. Considering you have pink or red undertones to your skin.. and light blonde looks bad with tan skin.. go for the Honey Blonde, you won’t have the clashing issue with the pink in your skin as you would with lighter blonde (even if you don’t think its bad now.. once you go blonde, it REALLY shows. I have the same problem) and it’s a beautiful colour. Plus you can always use a toner and lighten it up if you wish, very easily.
Either way, whatever you choose.. PLEASE for the love of god get it done at a salon.. i’m not even going to go into how bad it can be if you try and go blonde yourself, you should know from some of the questions on this website. The money you pay in a salon doesnt amont to the cost of having orange hair that is snapping off.
Good luck, hope you are happy with whatever you choose. (word of warning: when you go blonde it takes a few days for you to get used to it and for the shock to wear off.. so don’t get upset and think it doesnt suit you until a few days have passed).
