Does anyone know how to detangle and repair a knotted, curly synthetic wig?
I bought an 80 dollar wig made of remy synthetic hair. Unfortunately it went through the washing machine, and naturally once i found it i was devastated. I was wondering if there was any way to get it back to reasonable condition. It is a curly wig, so i cannot brush it out. It is incredibly knotted, and the style is a little emphasized, there are hairs in the wrong places… Help please? 
I’m at a loss of how to fix it! I emailed the company i bought it from and they haven’t replied, it’s been days.
soak in a bowl of water and coditioner and detangle it gently….WARNING it will take HOURS!!
