1. Yes, but be careful not to pull to hard and loosen the tracks
2. Yes, keep in mind that although you can style it like your own, if you use too much heat or products it will become damaged.
3. If you leave your edges out or have them braided make sure you take care of them ( so your hair doesnt break), Also make sure they are not braided too tight (will have bald edges)
4. Look up kinky hair styles.. Super straight hair is out of style. there are lots of pretty styles that will work with less heat and products.
5. Most of this depends on the skill of your stylist. If u spend over 100 dollars on hair, make sure you have your hair done by someone who is good.. How do her other clients look after a week or two. Thats the real test!
Also consider some of the new braid styles.. they are best for your hair, they take less work and you can have fun with color.
