How to defrizz an Indian Remy Full Lace Wig?
I bought an Indian remy full lace wig last week direct from the manufacturer in China (I live in Asia). It was in #4 colour, a medium brown. When it arrived, it looked great, but it had a strong smell, so I decided to wash it before wearing it. I washed and conditioned it with wig shampoo and conditioner, but it has air-dried really frizzy. It was supposed to be wavy, but it looks a real mess. The manufacturer told me not to use heated roller etc. on it, but I can’t imagine how to make it look good again. I am very disappointed. Are there any suggestions on how to defrizz this type of wig?

That’s just what happens, it’s happened to everyone one of weaves (which are remy) once Ive washed them. You can use defrizzing products like frizz ease but the best thing to do is use heat on it I’m afraid. If the smell is the only reason you washed the wig once you used some heat on it you won’t have to worry about washing it for a while and if you use heat protection it should damage the hair too much. Don’t worry, it happens to all remy hair because youre washing off the stuff they treat it with to make it look nice and shiny in the packet before you buy it.
