today i ate:
breakfast 1 wheat biscuit (15g) -53.21 cal
recess: 1 mint slice biscuit -80.71 cal
lunch: 70g apple puree -41.67 cal
snack: 1 handful of gummy bears -68 cal
dinner: 15g cheese -50 cal, 70g pasta -110.5 cal, 50g chicken breast -82.5 cal
I only ate 486.59 cal is this bad?
i did 100+ jumping jacks, played tips for 10 minutes, 50+ sit ups, 50+ 30 sec stretches.
You need to eat about 3 times as much food as you do right now. You aren’t getting the proper nutrition. This is going to mess up your period, mess up your sleeping, your immune system, and in the future, a lot of other things. You might not be able to have kids and when you are about 60 you will get osteoporosis and break bones all the time (and you will be all hunched over).
