How can I tell if a lip color is blue based?
I’ve heard that if your lip gloss or stick is blue based it make your teeth look whiter and brighter. But I don’t know how to tell which colors are blue based. Can anyone give me some tips? Thanks!
If you can try it on, do that, and smile and see if your teeth look whiter or yellow. If you can’t try it, try taking a look at the lipstick then hold it up to something pink or blue. See what one you can see the best match to.
You can usually tell though. The pink undertones are usually coral or magenta-y. The blue undertones are usually purple-y.
