How to layer clip-on hair extensions?
So I have the 20″ Human hair extensions (clipon) but they are so stick straight and long, I look like a ghost! So I want to trim off 2″ at the hairstyler and ask them to layer it. I especially want to layer it so I can make waves with a large barrel curling iron. The thing is, I don’t know what kinds of layers to ask for on hair extensions and if I do get layers, will i have to put the hair extensions in the exact order the next time i clip them on?
What kind of layers is best for hair extensions and for being able to curl or wave them with a curling iron?
just normal layers, have her put them in your hair before she cuts them.
that way she can blend them better.
and yes, you will probably have to put them on in the same order every time.
i wouldn’t get choppy layers in them though, they would get ruined a lot quicker i would imagine.
