Way to curl hair without causing damage?
I love the kind of curls you can get from using hot rollers…but I’m trying to take care of my hair. If I don’t heat the rollers, roll my wet hair on them, and let my hair dry will I get the same result w/out the damage?? btw I have naturally curly hair but not that cute ringlet kind.
If the not-hot hot roller thing wouldn’t work, do you know something that would? I’ve tried those little sponge rollers but I can’t get enough hair on them and wind up with kinky curls (ugh).

I’m not too terribly hip on all of societies new beauty innovations..
But I can tell you from personal experience that using a thermal hair protector can drastically improve the health of your hair when used with weekly deep conditioning.
If your on a budget check out TRESemme heat tamer it works really well.
As for the conditioning treatment try an olive oil based cream it should help to restore your hairs natural oils.
Ps. Stay away from any moisturizer that contains petroleum jelly, it can clog your hair cuticle.
