Eating healthy makes me feel like crap :-s !!?
I can’t lose a damn pound no matter what I do. I’ve eaten a healthy 1500 cal diet (and im short and 120 so i shouldnt eat any more) I exercise 3-4 times a week and have made my life generally more active. I eat LOTSA fruits, then veggies, nuts, meats, fish etc. I can;t see why Im not losing weight. I am building muscle but it is underneath my fat (which makes me look even BIGGER).
Please help!!! I thot it was as simple as 3500 calories deficit..but its not working 
its been 4 months too 
you just have to stick with it. you wont see results in a few days…
