Haircut ideas for a large woman?
I’m a big girl, with long, wavy, soft, dark brown hair. I’d like to cut it fairly short, so I can donate it to ‘Locks of Love’ {www.locksoflove.org} to be made into a wig for a child who needs one. But I’m afraid of how much bigger I’ll look if I cut it short…
Does anyone have some suggestions {pictures would be super!} of short haircuts/styles on larger women?
By the way~ I’ve got 2 preschoolers, 2 toddlers, and a baby due in June; Plus a full time office job. So whatever haircut I get needs to be ‘wash n wear’.
You need to remember the shape of your face also. Is it round, Oval, square? Some styles can make your face look bigger or wider than it really is, so when you go get it done ask the hair stylist what they think or look in one of the magazines that they have sitting out and try to find the one that mostly resembles the shape of your face.
