Hair Extensions/ Weave? HELP!!!?
I want neon hair.
I am a guy,
and I was wondering where I would get hair extensions/weaves?
How would I put them in?
Is there somewhere I can get that done?
and lastly how long does my real hair have to be?

well you do have to have kinda long hair, maybe around the bottom of your ears or longer.

yes ther are some places that can do that but an easier solution is to get highlights or just dye your whole head.
