dying hair extensions blonde?
I’m planning to dye my hair blonde in a couple of weeks, and I wear hair extensions.
I don’t wanna buy new ones yet because the ones I have are pretty new still.. and yeah.
right now the color is a light brown, with sort of reddish undertones.
they’re from sally’s. the “sassy” collection and they’re 100% real hair.
so I was wondering:
1. do I need to bleach my extensions first? then add color? or can I just go ahead and add color?
2. I’m dying the hair myself and I have 20 and 30 volume color developer. Would I need something less powerful?
They usually add color to those, I mean they would have to, because they don’t have a lot of girls with that exact hair color with those undertones and highlights lol. I guess I agree with the 20 volume. Just color and developer might not show up. You need bleach first.
