Was this healthy? Can I reach my goal eating/exercising like this?
Hey 
Im 5’4″, 180 lbs, 14 years old, and a girl
For exercise, I did EA active 30 day challenge on moderate (day 3) and burned 135 calories (about 25 minutes.. mostly strength training today with a little running/dancing/tennis .. on the Wii I mean hah) and I’m going to do some Wii Fit (burn around 100 more calories)
For Breakfast I had:
HALF of a smoothie made with
3 0% source yogurt cups
1 banana
1 apple
1 C. Frozen berries
a bunch of ice cubes 
For Lunch I had
2 pieces of multi grain toast
1 can of tuna
2 TBSP mayo
For afternoon snack I plan to have
1 pkg. green giant steamers carrots/broccoli
For supper::
1 egg
3 whites
2 slices of cooked ham (90 calories)
1 C. Roasted? carrots (My mom made roast beef and put some veggies in with it)
and for evening snack
a 100 calorie bag of popcorn
Is it healthy? and was that enough exercise?

Looks like it’s got all the food groups you need and the calorie content is low enough to lose weight. And you’re not starving yourself like many posts I see here. Yay! The exercising will quicken the weight loss, as well.
Like the first answerer, I suggest not thinking of it as ‘dieting’ but think of it as changing your eating habits to healthy eating!
