is this hair shedding something to worry about?
I’m shedding on average 1-5 or 1-10 pcs a day not much no i eat a healthy diet full of protein and veggies and fruit and dairy and drink plenty water and tea and exercise and no chemicals or products or heat is used i have very fine baby fine like hair but i’m curious is this normal? I also take a multivitamin and just use a wide tooth comb on my hair its definitely growing thats for sure..
You are doing some really good things to keep your hair in condition. It is totally normal to lose up to 100 hairs per day. use a mirror to detect any bald patches, if u see any, a good dermatologist or endocrinologist could help. trying looking up whic vits/supplements/foods that hair needs to be strong, i don’t know your age, but hair tends to thin later in life. Oh, and use a healthy shampoo/conditioner from a health food shop, most shampoos on the slelves are harsh, most are actually degreasers used in stronger solutions to clean up industrial floors, etc. hanging over a chair or your bed to increase blood flow is good, so are gentle fingertip massages to increase blood and nutrients to the follicule. good luck hun! ps an asian friend of mine said the secret is seaweed, not sure if it helps, but i’ve noticed what beautiful shape asian hair is in. hope i helped a little. oh, little trims help too..
