How to feel sexy again?
I had a baby about ten months ago and he has kept me very busy. I knew my body would change, and I was prepared but I still feel depressed about it. I gained 90 with him, lost 40 at the hospital and then 10 more while breastfeeding. The rest just won’t go. Not to mention, that the pregnancy ruined my hair, nails, and skin, and I don’t have the time to do make up anymore. The problem here is that my relationship with hubby is suffering. I don’t feel sexy anymore, I can’t act sexy and I feel hideous. Any tips on feeling human again?
do whatever makes you happy. don’t lose weight to try and feel sexy for other people. do it for yourself and so your child can have a “hot mom”.
