But they’re 9 dollars, and I bought one this past weekend. Although I adore them, and they’re made out of synthetic hair [no human hair please.] they’re still expensive. The guy at the beauty store even said they should only go for like, 2. o_o;
But I’ve been looking around for these very small highlights in neon, or just odd, unnatural colors for a cheaper price, but have no luck. D:

well i was going to say they have really nice hair extention clip ons at www.yourhairshop.com but however, they are human hair, but they have probably 30 different funky out-of-the ordinary colors and they are really nice.
