Could someone please help me with some names?
Just writing a new story and my main characters nickname is “Marnie” and her surname is Drew but i have no idea what her full name to be as Marnie is just her nickname and she never gets called by her proper name. Her mother and father have died in the story so they obviously cant use it.
Also what do you think of these names of her friends
1- Blonde guitarists for the band the blackhearts. Sarcastic yet good friend – Marnie basically lives with her. Angela “Angie” Malone
2: The drummer for the band. Long multi-coloured Hair. Marnie enjoys driving her nuts: Gwyndolene “Gwyn” Hughes
3: The bassist for the band. Short dark hair. Suitably dopey at times although she is a flirt but kind. Easily annoyed. Calinda Evans.
4: Marnie’s mate and best friend. Blonde and blue eyed always winds Marnie up. Eventually comes up as her boyfriend. Kelden McKenzie
I’m not sure what a full name for Marnie could be. Maybe Marnie could just be her full name. Or if want want to incorporate the whole ‘nickname’ idea, Marnie could just be her middle name and she likes to go by that instead of her first name.
As for the other names, I like them. (Especially the name Kelden. I’m going to have to remember that one for future use.)
