Is it a waste to eat more than 30g of protein at a time?
Just finished off a packet of beef jerky for a grand total of 48g protein. Sodium concerns aside, is it a waste to eat that much protein at any given time? I’ve heard that you can only process ~30g at a time, and the rest just gets converted to fat.
Is it that simple, or is there more to it than that?

Personally I think you can use more than 30 at a time.
