What to do with cooked rice and hamburger?
My dog got sick this past weekend and the vet told me to make her plain rice and hamburger. I made it but then she got worse so the vet gave me a special food for her. So now I am stuck with a pound of hamburger mixed with cooked rice. There is nothing in it; it’s just plain and okay for human consumption. Is there anything I can make out of it or should I just give up and throw it out?
Add some fresh or frozen veggies, season it with salt and pepper and a splash or two of sweet soy sauce.
Serve with a soft poached egg on top.
