Are hair extensions bad for your hair?
I am thinking about getting hair extensions, and i’ve heard very mixed opinions about them. I color my hair A LOT. Its naturally brown and its platinum blonde. My hair for the most part is pretty strong, but it’s obviously damaged from the color. I’ve heard that they break your hair beyond repair, and overall are a waste of time. But on the other hand, I know some girls who have had them and had no problem; and their hair is pretty much like mine. HELPPPPP!!!!!
no extensions aren’t bad for your hair. just depends on how you do it. don’t get the sewn in or glued in. this involves braids that can break damaged hair like yours. clip in ones can be taken out daily and require little maintenance.
Another thing. get your extensions cut to blend well with your hair. it helps conceal them. i see people with them in that don’t cut the extensions and it looks HORRIBLE.
