Can hair vitamins help strengthen your hair while wearing extensions?
Ok I had experienced extreme hair loss due to medical reasons. And I had been hiding it for months by wearing a scarf while washing it and taking care of it at the same time. Well I finally decided to get my hair done for the time being, and since so much fell out I had to get hair glue put it. And I know this is BAD for your hair. But I had no choice. I am going to get a human hair wig next month, but these cost a lot. So I want to start taking my hair vitamins again but I am unsure if they will help since there’s glue in my hair. I figured it would be good to start taking them, and then start to wash and keep my hair moisturized under the wig. My hair has finally stopped falling out so my only thing is to help it grow back healthy. So does anybody know if hair vitamins help the hair while wearing extensions?
And if anybody has any other tips on how to strengthen my hair while the extensions are in and while I wear the wig, please tell. And please no mean answers.
