What do you think of my quick story idea? Please look:D?
I’m 13 so don’t expect anything amazing, but its something to do with Hitler and his Aryan Race. It begins with a later revealed character persuading him to kill every human who’s not got fair hair and blue eyes, as there has been evidence over 100s of years that there is a paranormal group of (creatures? help please!) invading and they are all disguised as humans (a bit like ‘V’, I guess) with dark hair and eyes, and since there is no way to differentiate the humans from the aliens, the only apparent way is to kill them all.
The story has a few books which I have already planned the basic structure around, and like the Harry Potter books, they all tie in with each other and at the end everything becomes clear.
Based on the basic story line, what do you think? Any ideas?

Decent plot you have there. I suppose I can only offer a certain amount of help – from someone who only started writing ten years ago, but not pursued it as a career. It is however a great way to relax, an escape the world we are in by escaping to a fantasy world that you make up in your head.
If you are talking about a paranormal group then aliens is probably the best terminology to use, or even unknown visitors or something along those lines just to add suspense. There have been several tv programmes that cover this theme, the X-Files and a programme that I barely remember from the 80s called The Invaders (the only way, as far as I can remember, to differentiate between them – as they looked like humans – and humans themselves was that the Invaders held their cups with their pinky finger sticking out… It was a weird programme lol)
The idea for having several stories and books is a good one, but don’t focus too much attention on book 2, 3 and 4 etc just now because book 1 still has to be good, and be published. And although you know what the whole story will be, including the subplots in 2, 3, and 4, there will need to be a gripping story in book 1 so that readers do not think “what on earth is this about/what the hell is going on?”
I’ve thrown the hell word in there because you also have to look at you target audience. Is it teenagers, young adults or adults. And base your language around that. No book aimed at someone your age will have continual swearing, or adult themes.
And last, but not least, is characters. The idea of Hitler being told to kill anyone who doesn’t have blonde hair and blue eyes is an interesting one. But bear in mind, Hitler (and the Nazi party) also killed ethnic minorities, coloured people, disabled people – are they all going to be aliens too??
And last, definately last, but not least, is Hitler himself. If you want to use him as the main character you will have to learn about him. His life before being a leader, any pets, love interests, the way he walked, the way he talked, hobbies everything that you can think off. As much as I actually love the idea you have, it may be easier to write about a completely fictional character (as I do) because that way you can make up the way they walk, talk, hobbies etc etc… But with Hitler, you can’t have a line where he says “Yo, man, I’m off to catch the 46 bus!”… And if you are using Hitler, make him believeable. The difficulty will be making him loveable. Lots of people hate Hitler, but your idea is suggesting that several things were not his fault and that he can’t be blamed (it’s a very interesting idea actually). It will be difficult to make a character like him loveable – as people tend to have with their main book characters (you want to relate to them, and feel sorry for them if they are hurt etc…)
Anyway, good luck. I would read it – as it’s my kinda thing. And regardless of what anyone says on here, keep writing because it’s amazing fun when you get into it. Best hobby I’ve got.
