why did we (human + animals evolved) chose to see visible colors and not other rf such as hf,vhf, uhf?
what is special about visible colors. I read in wikipedia, its frequency is around 400-790 THz.
why did visible colors occurs all around us and does not need antenna to be produced (transmit)?
and why do our eyes does not look like antenna to be able to receive visible colors?

The main reason has to do with the way that light interacts with atoms and molecules. As you may know, light is composed of particles called photons, and photons have wave-like properties. The amount of energy a single photon carries is proportional to its wave frequency. In order to see, our eyes contain molecules calls pigments that absorb visible photons. When these molecules absorb a photon, they cause a physiological change in the eye that results in our perception of light.
When a photon interacts with a molecule, it is usually interacting with an electron. An electron can absorb the energy from a photon and become excited. However, the amount of energy an electron can have in a molecule is quantized, meaning only certain values are possible. If absorbing the energy from a photon would put an electron into a disallowed energy level, then the electron will not interact with the photon.
For animals evolving eyes, this fact is important for understanding why we see in the frequency spectrum that we do. Visible light, as well as infrared light and ultraviolet light, can be easily absorbed by electrons in pigment molecules. Radio frequency photons, like HF, VHF, and UHF, do not interact as well with these electrons in a reliable manner. Higher energy photons, like X-rays, provide so much energy that the electrons actually escape the molecule, and the molecule is ionized. An ionized molecule is unstable, and so pigment molecules cannot be used to reliably detect high energy photons.
Our eyes evolved because photons from the sun reliably produced certain biochemical effects when interacting with pigment molecules, and these effects provided useful information for survival. Other forms of light fail to produce these effects, and that is why we see visible light and not radio waves or X-rays.
