HELP!!! please ?how do you dye human hair clip in extensions?
on one side its a blonde colour on the other side its brown how do i dye it so that its all brown? can you take me through the steps THANK YOU!!!!
uhm have bought the dye and im not highlighting it im dying it completely do i just do it the same way i would dye my hair on my head?
just because they are human hair, doesn’t mean they will take a color. human hair used for extensions and wigs has been heavily chemically treated already, and may not take any color. i would cut a VERY small section from an unnoticeable spot and strand test it first. i would also only use a semi-permanent color, as you shouldn’t be shampooing these extensions all the time anyway. go to sally beauty supply and buy a semi-permanent brown in the color you want and simply follow the directions. make sure you fully saturate the hair. rinse it out and use a mild shampoo when the processing time is complete. check the tested strand for evenness and correct color. if it looks good, do the same thing to the rest of the hair you wish to color. if it doesn’t take, don’t color the rest of the extensions.
