Is it SELFISH to buy a wig when you have hair?
I was thinking about buying a wig, because I intend to grow my hair hip length and very healthy, but in the mean time I can’t style it because doing so would make it damaged by the time it gets to that length… I feel like extensions dont quite match my hair because it is at a very short length at the moment…
so,
would it be selfish, stupid, or totally vain of me to buy a human hair Long wig?
Not at all! I have a buddy whose hair is thin and she is trying to grow it out and so she covers it up with pretty wigs. Most people can’t even tell it isn’t her real hair! 
If it would give you the confidence boost you’re craving it wouldn’t be at all weird to get a wig. Be warned, though: The best-quality ones can get kind of expensive. My buddy gets her wigs from a good seller for like ~US$20 apiece though, which is pretty cheap for the quality. Forget their name though and it’s 4 AM so I can’t ask
