Am I able to dye my hair weave?

I was wondering If I can dye my Harlem 125 Kima hair weave. It’s in color Jet black.
I am planning to dye my hair with Loreal Excellence Creme HiColor For dark hair.
But I am wanting to make sure I can also dye my hair weave, cause I am going to get it sewd on.
Also, it’s 100% human hair.
But once I tried bleaching it & it didn’t work, does that mean it’s not going to work If i plan to dye it red ?

Have you bleached correctly before, weaves should be dyeable.
