Does anyone have any tips as to growing hair out?
mine’s in pretty bad shape from being dyed so many times, and it’s naturally curly, so i hate cutting a whole inch or two off, because when i do leave it curly, it’s too short.
i don’t want extensions.
i’m taking prenatal vitamins, and eating healthy due to my pregnancy, and i’ve heard this will also do a number on your hair and nails.
but does anyone else have any OTHER tips i could use to strengthen and/or grow my hair out longer, faster?
Try not to style it too much or use any products like hairspray or gel. Don’t blow dry it or use straighteners or curling irons because you will damage and break the hair. Don’t brush it too much either because this will also break the hair. Don’t put it in ponytails too much either, because this can also break it.
I think taking the vitamins and eating healthy is good too, because a healthy body produces healthy hair.
