Are the blonde Foxy Locks extensions bleached?
I know that when you bleach your hair, it makes the hair thicker and more horse hair feeling and kind of gross, so I do not want to buy the “Bleach Blonde” hair color number 613 if the hair is really bleached. My hair is fine and thick hair with fine hair does NOT blend! Thank You! : ) And does anyone know when the Imogen blonde highlights will be back in stock?! It doesn’t say they are out of stock, It just isn’t there!!
