Lace Wigs – Whats the pros and cons and what do you know about it?
Right I am looking into buying a lace wig, simply because I’m fed up with the traditional weaves/hair extensions. I’m looking for something that looks relatively real, as my own hair is hard to maintain.
I have seen some full lace ones I like but don’t really understand how lace wigs work!
Question do they damage your hair? I understand that you have to glue the wig on but doesn’t that damage the hair shaft?
Does lace wigs only come in Remy hair? and do you have to go to the salon every time to apply the wig each time you wear it?
How is the lace hidden from being visible at the front of your hair/head?
If you know any tips or pointers please let me know!
I am of black origin so websites that specialize in black hair products would be very useful.
O and what do you think of Motown Tress Lace wigs? are they human hair? as that’s what I’m looking for.
