hair extensions on ebay?

i want to purchase clip-in hair extensions on ebay for my sweet 16. is it a risky purchase? i need details!!! because they are real human hair do they get lice? (ew) how much is too much to pay? and what are some really good quality brands of hair and how will i know if they are good? and my hair is currently like right above my chest and i want it to be right below it like miley cyrus’ length/ the victoria’s secret models, so is 20″ too short, do i need more like 25″? soo many questions, i know hah.
also would i be better off buying it from another online site besides ebay, or in a salon? and is remy a good brand b/c thats what seems to show up the most?

Go to the salon, and ask them, because you will probably get some crap from the internets. You can even try them on in the salon.
