i have medium length hair very curly and thick & a big ass head lol am i a good candidate for lace wig?
i always see beyonce, tyra and other’s wearing lace wigs and i really am thinking about buying one i’ve colored my hair and straighten it so much i want to wear something that will last longer than a track or weave and look natural the only thing i’m scared about is it looking like a wig, you know how women wear wigs or weaves and its heka bulky like you can tell its fake well i dont want that . where can i get one in the oakland, ca bay area and am i good canidate for wearing one even though i have some what long hair and a big ass head that runs in my family lol
itll take effort, but if your hair doesnt look like a wig, then they can make a wig for you. basically, you need to really slick down your hair around your head. i mean PLASTER it. itll only add about an inch or 2 to the diameter of your head, and since you apparently already have a big head, it wont look unnaturally bulky. you NEED to get a good wig tho. cheap wigs look like wigs. a properly made wig is seamless. it NEEDS to be custom, so prepare to pay 600$+ for this beast of a wig. As for suppliers? im not sure about anyone in your area, but call around, and PLEASE specify that you DO NOT want a really Thick hair wig. too much hair will add bulk to the wig. some makers add extra hair thinking it will last longer, but it simply isnt the case. look for a maker that specializes is womens hair loss and chemotherapy clients. they know what their doing.
