Is it possible to have this hair style “for real”?

And this has to be done using real hair grown 100% from its actual human head. No wigs, toupees, or extensions. However products, styling tools, and/or accessories are permitted (and highly necessary). Also the hair colour doesn’t matter at all. If you can provide any pictures to show that this can be done, that’s great, and I appreciate that.
Are you freaking kidding? That’s an animated person. You could always tease a piece of your hair then shape it like that and use glue.
