Can I PAINT synthetic hair to make it a different color?
OK. I have a blond synthetic hair wig. I want it to be black. If I PAINT it, will it turn out OK.
Also, should I paint it when its wait? And if I want it curly and big, can I put curlers in it while its wet?
Don’t say “buy another wig” because I really can’t. I can’t.
Instead of “painting” it or using hair spray, both of which will make the fibers clump together, use sharpie or FW inks. And if you use cool water while rinsing out the excess, then you shouldn’t need curlers. Wigs tend to have good memory when it comes to curls and they should bounce back when the wig dries. However, the curls will be lost if you use warm or hot water, so be careful! And don’t scrub when washing, it’ll make knots. Just soak the wig.

For blacks, FW ink is better. Otherwise, it’ll look blue-purple.
