How do you get into the dash speakers on a 2000 Dodge Caravan?
I cannot for the life of me understand what the Haynes manual is telling me to do to remove the dash clips at either side of the top dash panel. I don’t see any clips or screws that appear to be holding the dash panel down (where the speaker grilles are. The best I can tell is that I have a freak hybrid model van that the manual doesn’t cover. They also say that 2000 models were all longer like the Grands, but mine is short. I’m real confused about why so many things are not as they are supposed to be with my van. Please help with both issues if you can and thank you.
If I am not mistaken, the dash has to be removed to access the dash speakers.
About the Haynes manual: they are not always accurate, and should only be used as a guide. Heck even the factory service manuals aren’t always accurate!
