Re-decorating my room, help?
I’m re-decorating my room, based on this poster that i have; http://www.kimihiro.net/images/gal/CLAMP_and_manga/color_illustrations/il14.jpg
But the problem is, i’m not sure how many, and which colours to draw from it.
I have already chosen black (and bought a duvet cover for that part) but i’m not sure what else.
Another problem is money. My room is a loft conversion, and my parents recently spent money on that so they dont want to spend much more on it at the moment. I decided to have a darker cream as the carpet, cream walls and blind just so that i would be able to change the theme freely.
So what can i add, and in what colours to get a similar theme to the poster?
I can still buy things, as long as they’re not too expensive (like big bits of furniture or anything)
Your ideas would be greatly appreciated, and any visual representations would be lovely too (even websites)
1] pillows, in the [ a] red and gold, or the [ b] blue and purple
2] lamps or shades, matching colors
3] ornaments, vases, planter.flowerpot, candles, desk or dresser sets in matching shades
4] any metals [ pic frames, mirror, candleholders ] should be black [ iron ] or gold [ brass ] since they are in the poster
