a. buys the minimum possible number of boxes (ans: 0.0256)
b. has had to buy 8 boxes (ans: 0.116)
a, 1st 4 boxes each have a red bulb: Pr = 0.4^4 = 0.0256 <-------
b. 3 red bulbs in the 1st 7 + 1 red bulb in 8th = 7c3*0.4^3*0.6^4 *0.4 = 0.116 <------
