H1B visa validity and extension?
I came in L1 on feb 2003 and went back to India on april 2004.
Then I got H1B Receipt No EAC-AAA valid from 11-Mar-2004 to 01-Mar-2007. In this Visa, I came to USA 08-Aug-2005 and went back on 08-Oct-2005.
Then I got extended with Receipt No EAC-BBB with validity 02-Mar-2007 through 10-Aug-2009. Then I came back during 17-Jul-2007 and still in USA. Please let me know how much validity pending and long can I extend my H1B? Also please let me know how many years more do I have in my H1B ?

The H-1B is an employment based visa. It is tied to the employer that filed for it for you. if you are not with the same US employer any more, your H-1B is no longer valid. Ans if you can prove when you were out of the country and are with the same employer than you may have the time out of the country not counted. Really, this is such a mess, you need an immigration lawyer to sort this out now.
