How can I lose seven inches NOW? Please no external links…?
I am 13 years old “4’11″ 100-ish pounds 31-28-34 and 32 F***ING INCHES AROUND MY NAVEL!!!! I am sick of being this fat, disgusting human being!!! I stick to a calorie budget of 1,200 for those of you who don’t know, that is not necessarily how many calories I eat per day, but how many I eat MINUS how many I burn) and only eat around 30g of fat, 120-130g of carbs, enough protein, barely ANY cholesterol, and maybe 100g of sugar but I GUARANTEE YOU it is MOSTLY fruit. I don’t eat junk. For some reason this DOESN’T work!!! I do two sports: soccer and tae kwon do for two hours a week EACH. I have PE four times a week for about 45 min. but NONE of this seems to work!! What can I do to lose seven inches around my navel ASAP?!!
if you drink soda cut that out along with other kind of drinks. just drink water. portion your means so you know how many calories that your are eating because you may be eating good food but if you have a buffet of food everyday then that wonderful saying “too much of a good thing is a bad thing” applies. but just jog for 30 minutes and up at least 3-4 times a week or so and eventually it will come off not overnight patience
